Already a member? Thank you all for your support during the last 12 months, it's only you, our members who make the club what it is. Sadly however your current membership expired at the end of December. However following last years AGM it was decided that we, to aligne with BRC would change our club year from January through till December.
So for this year only (August 16 onwards) any member who has renewed in or since then will have a membership which will carry through until the 31st December 2017. Therfore anyone joining or renewing on, or after the 1st January 2017 will have a membership which will expire on the 31st December of that year.
You can also easily renew by direct bank transfer to Stoneleigh Riding Club Barclays Account Sort Code: 20-48-08 Account No: 40842397. Please use your surname followed by 'NMA' as the reference for the transaction, without that I may not be able to tie your application and bank transfer together.
For those who have not used Paypal or do not like using it perhaps now is the the time to set up you automatic renewal or at least review any earlier one to ensure you stay on the current membership listing. A cautionary reminder though, before you set up an annual renewal please just check that you did not previously authorized via PayPal one last year. As soon as I receive payment notification I will update listings and send a confirmation email with your membership number. Once I receive notification of payment you should get an email from us with your new membership number. Thank you once again for you contiued support.
I have recently spoken to Riding Clubs office for clarification and a timetable of events from their end. Here follows their reply.
Yes, I send the card list to the manufacturer on the 14th of every month, it then takes around one week for the company to produce the letter and card and then they will post them out to the member. It is important to try to send members to me before the 14th of the month so they receive their letter and card quickly. However, if you miss the 14th of the month deadline then the member will be added onto the next card list so it may take up to 6 weeks for them to receive their letter and card. So for example, your most recent membership list including Sandie and David Bacon will go onto the 14th November’s card list for delivery to those two members week beginning 23rd November. I hope that makes sense!
