I hereby apply to be admitted as a Member of Stoneleigh Riding Club and my annual subscription as detailed below, to be returned to me if this application is rejected by the Committee. I agree, if admitted, to be bound by the CONSTITUTION of the Club and all Rules, Regulations and Bye-Laws made thereunder and I agree that the decisions of the Committee and any other competent authorities of the Club given in accordance therein shall be binding upon me, and I authorise you to place my name on the Register of Members of the Club.
